Check out my Etsy shop HERE!
Lets explore these gorgeous gloves!
Just like boot cuffs, I have noticed that fingerless gloves have become a trendy accessory. I am assuming this is due to the newfangled texting thing all the kids are into... myself included... because I'm still a kid myself. Anyway, I love this design! They are warm, comfortable and the antler buttons just make my day.
Materials:
-100% Made in the USA Acrylic Yarn
-American Deer Antler Sheds
As always, all of my products are crocheted from yarns made in the United States of America. The yarn used in this item is Lion Brand Hartland. It is one of my favorite yarns and it comes in so many beautiful colors! The antler buttons came from another Etsy shop called Furries. The owner, Shelby, deals in all kinds of taxidermy-ish type things. Her shop has antlers, bones, fur, leather, feathers... anything you need for any rustic project. She is based out of Okanogan, WA and I'm a total addict to her shop.
Care:
-Machine, gentle
-Hang Dry (or dry, low with caution)
-Do not dry clean
-Do not iron
The use of acrylic yarn makes these gloves washing machine friendly. The antler buttons are also washing machine safe, but be careful with the drier. I have never washed or dried this item myself so I am not totally sure what drying the buttons would do. I would take caution and either hang dry or air fluff.
Size:
-Length: 6.5"
-Circumference: 6"
Additional Information:
This is self explanatory. One size fits most. I would like to take a second, though, to remind everyone that these gloves are in fact a handmade item. Being handmade means that, as a pair or set, any crocheted item made by any human being will not be exactly identical. I think it just adds to the uniqueness of handmade.
Fingerless gloves are so multi-functional! You can easily:
-Text
-Type
-Shoot
-Save your palms from hot mugs
-Look like a total hipster
-AND stay warm
These gloves are overall adorable with a hint of country sass from the antler buttons.
These gloves really are a great multipurpose accessory. I use them for all of the above... Although, I do have to say that fingerless gloves or mittens with removable finger covers have always been a favorite hunting accessory of mine. It leaves all your fingers open for shooting, reloading, opening fun sized Snickers bars, nose picking... all that good stuff that any successful hunter needs to do.
Have a wonderful day!
