Super Simple Fruit Crisp


This recipe is super simple and prep time is extremely short. I always keep an extra box of cake mix and cans pie filling in the cupboard just in case I get a craving for this stuff. It's fabulous!

Ingredients:
2 cans Pie Filling
2 cups Quick or Old Fashion Oats
1 box Yellow Cake Mix
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 stick Butter (softened)
(Tip: The recipe can be halved for a 9 inch pan.)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray.


Empty pie filling into the baking dish. Smooth with spatula. (Tip: I used apple pie filling, but any flavor turns out equally as delicious.)


In a medium bowl mix oats, cake mix, cinnamon and butter until crumbly.




Spread evenly over pie filling and bake for 45-55 minutes. (Tip: Crumble should be golden brown when finished.)

Serve with vanilla ice cream. Yum!
