Sparkling Parrot

I was craving something "coconutty" the night I discovered this recipe. (Forgive the name... sometimes creativity escapes me.)

Ingredients:
3oz (2 shots) Captain Morgan Coconut Parrot Bay Rum
5oz 7-Up
splash of Cranberry Juice
(Tip: This recipe makes a double and can be easily halved to make a single.)


Fill a large glass half full with ice.


Add rum. (Tip: I have only tried this recipe with coconut rum, but I'm sure any of the Parrot Bay flavors could be used to make an equally scrumptious drink.)


Add 7-Up.


Finish with cranberry juice.
